Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring registered nurses (RN) to provide in-home health care in Indiana. Choose 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am shifts, with mentorship for new grads and a comprehensive benefits package. In-home, one-on-one patient care aims to improve quality of life and safety for clients.

Qualified RNs hold Indiana licensure, current CPR/TB, and ideally 1 year of acute care experience. Benefit programs include medical/dental/vision and pretax accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state of Indiana.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care; licensed new graduates welcome (mentorship provided).

• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
