Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses for in-home health care in Ohio. You will set 12-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends, with a focus on one-on-one patient relationships and improving health outcomes in the home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
