Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health Services in California is seeking a Home Health RN to deliver compassionate, in-home care. You will perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor health, and work with a clinical team to maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will operate in patients' homes within assigned territories, enjoying flexible scheduling, dedicated training, and opportunities for professional growth with nurse-led support.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required
• 1 year RN experience in direct patient care
• AHA CPR certification required
• Valid Driver's License is required

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients
• Conduct assessments and monitor health status
• Administer medications and manage treatments as prescribed

Position Summary:

Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in the comfort of the patients' homes, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, offering support, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They need strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay Range:

$130,000 - $160,000

Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
