Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in Pinal County, AZ, covering Casa Grande and surrounding areas. Schedule is 40 hours per week, day shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, navy scrubs required.

Provide in-home nursing care, assess patients, develop and implement care plans, coordinate with the care team, and complete home-care documentation including OASIS. Experience in home health nursing, OASIS knowledge, wound care, and ICU/ED/Med-Surg background are

Qualifications

• Previous Home Care/Home Health RN experience
• OASIS knowledge
• Wound care experience
• ICU, ED, or Med-Surg experience is also valuable

• Cover POD 6 / Pinal County, including Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, and Arizona City.
