Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Private Duty RN to deliver in-home nursing care across local clients in the community. You will provide individualized, compassionate care and work closely with families and clinicians to support recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home nursing for dedicated client care.
• Deliver one-to-one client care with local client assignments.
• Follow physician orders and document care.
• Collaborate with BAYADA team to ensure quality outcomes.

What Private Duty with BAYADA's Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

• Private duty = one client for the whole shift

• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes

• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy

*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
