Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses for private duty home health care in Minnesota. RNs provide one-to-one client care in clients' homes with flexible shifts, including full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments, and work with local clients nearby to minimize commutes.

As a nonprofit, BAYADA supports long-tenured leaders and offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to help RNs deliver high-quality care across a range of conditions in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's).
• Private duty = one client for the whole shift.
• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
• Care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Cancer, or surgery recovery.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

*RNs* working in * hospitals, long-term care, and schools * have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty R N:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range: $35-41 hourly based on experience and skills

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)
