Evercare of Swansea is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver hands-on nursing and personal care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will lead and support nursing assistants, ensuring safety and well-being while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or completion of an approved LPN program with pharmacology course.
• Current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Perform routine charting per established policies and procedures.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
