Job summary

Evercare of Breese is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to promote health and safety. Illinois RN licensure is required and long-term care experience is preferred; strong teamwork and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring the highest level of quality care. The RN supervises nursing staff, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promotes the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
