We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Generalist at our Chester County OBGYN clinic.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 4/4:30 pm or 11:30 am - 7:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 3/3:30 pm. Must float to Downingtown and Kenneth Square locations.

The RN Generalist coordinates patient care and participates in policy and procedure implementation related to nursing services, both in person and via telephone.

Essential Functions:

• Follow triage protocols to evaluate patient healthcare needs based on signs and symptoms.
• Document vitals, symptoms, nursing assessments, advice, and patient responses in the EMR.
• Review lab/imaging results, update EMR, and consult with physicians on testing outcomes.
• Obtain guidance from providers to determine clinical course and patient care recommendations.
• Educate patients and families about follow-ups, medications, therapies, and self-injection techniques.
• Adhere to policies and protocols to ensure effective healthcare delivery and outcomes.
• Assist with phone triage and medication refill requests.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a medical setting, preferably OB/GYN.
• Experience and comfort with phlebotomy.
• CPR Certification.
• Flexible schedule of 40 hours/week, M-F 8:30 am – 5 pm, with alternating Wednesday evening shifts.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR beneficial.
• Knowledge of lab order sets and CPT coding advantageous.
