Job summary

Shawano Health Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Under the supervision of unit leadership, you will provide resident-centered nursing care, assess needs, implement plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

• Active RN license and current CPR certification

• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support
