Position Summary:

Under supervision, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift, providing assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN ensures adherence to care standards, maintains safety, supervises nursing staff, and follows policies and legal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements by law
• Effective communication skills
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
