Job summary

North Shore Health in Altoona, Wisconsin, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient‑centered care team. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN provides nursing care, monitors residents, administers medications, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
