Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Palm Beach in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide comprehensive patient care across brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, and related conditions. You will admit and transfer patients, perform ongoing assessments, and document in EPIC.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, nightly shift differential, and a strong orientation plus opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Compensation: $37.16 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

plus shift differential for night and weekend shifts
