UF Health Rehabilitation - NIGHT in Gainesville, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts. You will perform comprehensive assessments, document care in EPIC, and coordinate admissions and transfers while supporting brain and spinal injury rehabilitation patients.

The role requires an active RN license in Florida and BLS at hire; BSN preferred. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a strong orientation and career development program to advance your skills and

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely patient assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on care plans.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and charting.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers as needed.
