Inova Specialty Hospital in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts. Join a world-class inpatient post-ICU team with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

As an RN, you will perform admissions, assess patients, document accurately, and support families. A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS within 6 months. The hospital champions career growth with education support and a clinical ladder.

Formación

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned
