Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Tucson, in partnership with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Earn $40.85–$55.00 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.

• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Full-time, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Nights

Bonus:

$10,000

Compensation

$40.85- $55.00 per hour depending on years of experience ( + shift diff)

Responsibilities

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.
