Job summary

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital in Mesa, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour night shifts 7:00pm–7:30am. You will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, document accurately in EPIC, interpret labs and telemetry, and ensure orders are transcribed correctly.

Minimum qualifications: valid RN license in Arizona and BLS at hire; preferred BSN or enrollment in BSN, plus clinical experience.
