Select Specialty Hospital Vic Village in Columbus, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour day shifts. The role offers a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

You will join a large nationwide team delivering critical illness recovery inpatient care with opportunities for growth and clinical ladder advancement. We provide extensive orientation, a company-paid BSN pathway, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing education.

Competenze

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification due within 6 months of hire.

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately using hospital systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Respond to rapid response and code events.

Location: Select Specialty Hospital Vic Village - Columbus, OH

Schedule: Full Time / 12-Hour Shifts / DaysCompensation: $37.90 to $51.00 per Hour, based off of Experience

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS is required at hire.
