Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift 7am–7:30pm. You will collaborate with a Nursing Assistant, manage a reasonable caseload, and document in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required or must be obtained.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related clinical setting preferred.

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document thoroughly in EPIC with accurate orders transcription.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and educate patients/families.

Location: 92 Brick Road, Marlton, NJ 08053Schedule: Full-Time, Days 7am - 7:30pm (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)Compensation: $43.11 - $58/hr (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential

Responsibilities

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load.Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.

• Receiving admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Valid State RN License is required
• BLS is required at hire

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience
