Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift.
• Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
