North Shore Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Williams Bay Health Services in Wisconsin to join a supportive nursing and rehabilitation team. Expect new grad training, competitive hourly pay, and shift-based scheduling options across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

Under supervision, the RN provides compassionate, resident-centered care, participates in assessing and updating care plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
