Horizons Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care using the nursing process. The role includes shift leadership in the assigned unit and coordinating care per the Nurse Practice Act.

The position Offers a 3-day workweek (Thu, Sat, Sun, 6am-6pm) with a pay range of $39–$46.50 per hour based on experience, and a range of benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement contributions, PTO, and wellness incentives.

Formación

• Current RN licensure (Colorado) as RN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The Registered Nurse is to utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned. The nurse will plan, direct and carry out shift routines in assigned nursing unit and observe, direct and evaluate the activities of personnel as the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act. Will assume “Building Charge” responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee.
