Job summary

Laurel Circle is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver person-centered care for residents in a luxury senior living community in New Jersey. You will administer medications, document care, and respond rapidly to emergencies, while maintaining residents' dignity and quality of life.

The schedule runs 7:00am–3:30pm, including every other weekend. Our benefit package includes medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, generous PTO, and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.
• Experience in long-term, assisted living, or sub-acute services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional and restorative nursing services including assessments, vital signs, medications and treatments.
• Keeps timely documentation of written and verbal reports ensuring quality care.
• Interacts with physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per Resident Care Plan (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education sessions.

We’re Looking for a Registered Nurse (RN):

As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of
residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life. Provides hands on resident care,
proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid
response to any/all emergency situations

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
• Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided.
• Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as follows in the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Participates in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Current nursing license valid in state worked
• CPR Certified
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Experience in the care of long-term, assisted living, or sub-acute services preferred.
