Job summary

Mini Cassia Care Center in Burley, ID is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift (5 AM–5 PM). Join a 5-star skilled nursing facility where your clinical skills are valued and your work makes a real difference.

You’ll lead and coordinate care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians and families. Idaho compact licensure is preferred; we support growth and mentorship in a resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (Idaho or compact state).
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents
• Administer medications and complex nursing interventions per care plans
• Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting
• Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care
