Signature HealthCARE of Kinston is seeking an RN for a full-time night shift to deliver direct, compassionate care and uphold high quality standards for residents in a 106-bed facility.

The RN will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with all standards, and follow policies under the Director of Nursing. A strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer-service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.

FT Nights RN

Night shift differential of $5 per shift. New wage increase and $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Salary Range
