Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Erin is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team on nights. We offer a sign-on bonus and a collaborative environment focused on resident-centered care, safety, and professional growth.

In this role you will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, document accurately, and coordinate admissions and discharges. Join us to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor and observe residents' status; notify physician and responsible party of changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy and procedures.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

How you Will make a difference

What you Need to make a Difference
