Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time RN Night Shift (7P-7A) in Flowood, MS. The position offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. New grads are welcome to apply, with occasional overtime and shifts available.

Must attend hospital and departmental orientations Week 1 (8 AM–5 PM) and Week 2 (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Brentwood provides psychiatric services across adults, children, and adolescents in a comprehensive care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience in mental health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hands-on delivery of patient care in the assigned unit.
• Provides, directs, and guides patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for the patient population served.
• Supports the hospital's philosophy and objectives, educational efforts, and Quality Management initiatives.

MUST be available to attend the Full Hospital and Departmental orientations: Week 1: MONDAY -FRIDAY (8 AM - 5 PM) & Week 2: MONDAY AND TUESDAY (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
