Job summary

PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care and provide clinical leadership on the unit. You will work with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing standards and deliver quality care.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Texas, current BLS, and ACLS certification (ACLS required from day 1 for high-obs/ICU).

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care under Nursing Leadership
• Provide leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. Aligned with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse provides leadership by working in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff in maintaining standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

Experience:

• Having 2 years of experience in direct patient care
