Job summary

Aviata Health Group is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Spring Hill in Brooksville, Florida. The RN will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure adherence to standards of care during 12-hour day shifts.

We value compassionate, dedicated patient care and look forward to adding a skilled RN to support our residents in a fast-paced setting. Background screenings are part of our process.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must demonstrate a compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
