Job summary

Freeman Regional Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

The role requires an active RN license and typically 1–3 years of clinical experience. You will work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment with rotating shifts and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the plan to the health care team.
  • Develop nursing care plans after evaluating patient histories and conditions.
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
  • Evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
  • Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment and assist with equipment and supplies.
  • Document patient care accurately in charts and records.
