**Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool - Telemetry**

_Join a fast-paced, high-volume Float pool department seeking skilled nurses like you._

**Work location:** Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231

**Work hours:** Full Time Nights (7P-7A), 36 hrs/week. Includes weekend and holiday requirements.

**Nursing Pool Department highlights:**

**Qualifications:**

• Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program
• BSN preferred
• One-year clinical nursing experience or completion of an RN residency
• Telemetry experience preferred; med/surg considered
• BCLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications required within 60 days of hire
• Practice within the Texas Nurse Practice Act; serve as a role model and collaborator for quality patient care

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care
• Implement age-specific safety and infection control measures
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Ensure continuity of care across shifts and transfers
