You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, emphasizing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years recent acute Medical-Surgical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Preferred: BSN, ICU or critical care experience, float pool experience.

• Deliver direct patient care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives, professional development, and communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.
