Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an RN for the Float Pool to support NICU and Mother-Baby units. You will deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and adherence to established standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by North Carolina.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum one year of NICU and Mother-Baby experience.
• NRP recommended within 6 months of hire.

Where You Will Work:

This RN Float Pool supports both NICU and Mother-Baby

Expectations We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum one year of both Mother-Baby and NICU experience required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Recommended within 6 months of hire or per local or site-specific policy of standard of care.

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
