Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care from neonate to adult under established nursing standards. Roles include day or night shifts with every other weekend/holiday rotation, reporting to the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and VP of Patient Care.

The position requires MS RN licensure, two years hospital experience (critical care for Tier 4), BLS, ACLS (Tier 2-4), and is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 or up to $30,000 in

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Two years of hospital experience required; Tier 4 requires critical care experience.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS Certification required (Tier 2, 3, and 4 only).
• Licensed to practice in Missouri as an RN.
• PALS Certification within 1 year of hire (Tier 4 only).
• TNCC Certification within 1 year of hire (Tier 4 only).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized age-appropriate patient care to diverse patient groups following nursing standards.
• Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and VP of Patient Care.
• Rotate day or night shifts and every other weekend/holiday as required.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and Vice President of Patient Care, the Registered Nurse administers individualized age-appropriate patient care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patient according to the established nursing standards and Nurse Practice Act of Missouri.

Job Details And Requirements

Up to a $20,000 sign on bonus or $30,000 in student loan repayment!*
Time Type: Full time (72 hours per 2 week pay period), with benefits.
Typical Hours: Day Shift, 7am to 7pm, or Night Shift, 7pm to 7am, every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Education

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program- required
• BSN- preferred

Certification & Licensures

• BLS Certification- required
• ACLS Certification- required (Tier 2, 3, and 4 only)
• Licensed to practice in the State of Missouri as a RN- required
• PALS Certification within 1 year of hire (Tier 4 only)
• TNCC Certification within 1 year of hire (Tier 4 only)

Experience

• Two (2) years of hospital experience - required
• Two (2) years of critical care RN experience (Tier 4 only) - required
