Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool CC to join our patient-focused team. Float Pool RNs move between assignments across hospital units, delivering compassionate care and leveraging critical thinking to adapt quickly to changing needs.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date

Job Summary and Qualifications

Float pool nurses are in a unique position to make a difference. Moving from assignment to assignment, they support various units within the hospital. They have high-level critical thinking skills, vast clinical knowledge, and are able to stay calm under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork between all members of the hospital. Opportunity to learn many different areas of the hospital and see what works well. Highly engaged staff as well as Leaders. If staff see something that could work better by doing it a different way, they bring it to Leadership to get it changed.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date


• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date


• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
