Job summary

Reading Hospital in Reading, PA seeks a Registered Nurse to float across Medical/Surgical units, evaluate patients, plan and document care, and administer medications within RN scope. You will educate patients and families to foster independence and ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires a PA RN license, BSN or RN-to-BSN/MSN pathway, and facilitator/preceptor training, with the expectation to provide skilled, compassionate care to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR certification in a specialty by a recognized accrediting agency OR enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with minimum 6 credits completed within previous 12 months
• Facilitator and Preceptor training required
• PA Registered Nurse License required
