Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Havasu Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool for 3x12 night shifts (7p-7a). Includes up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a robust benefits package. The role emphasizes flexible coverage across departments to support patient care across an acute care hospital.

Qualifications include Arizona RN license with endorsement and ADN; BSN preferred. BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

• Experience as a Float Pool RN, Emergency, or ICU preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan-of-care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and related nursing care.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families.

How you'll contribute

A Float Pool RN who excels in this role:

• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN required - Float Pool, Emergency or ICU experience; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred
