Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool to provide versatile patient care across departments during 3x12 night shifts. A generous sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for eligible candidates.

The role requires a current Arizona RN license, ADN (BSN preferred), and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS are a plus. Float Pool RNs will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care throughout the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred; BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN required - Float Pool, Emergency or ICU experience; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred
