Job summary

National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool (PRN) to join our compassionate team. You will assess patients, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include active RN license in Arkansas, bachelor's degree in nursing, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and experience preferred. We offer professional development and employee well-being programs.

Qualifications

  • Current state RN license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
  • Performs timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

  • Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs

Whatwe'relooking for
