Job summary

Join our team at BSA Hospital as a night shift Float Pool Registered Nurse in Amarillo, TX. You will float to units with staffing needs, delivering safe, patient‑centered care in a Christian‑values environment.

The role requires a valid RN license, a current BLS certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. Graduate of nursing school is expected; high school diploma or GED is required. Prior inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
• Current RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Responsibilities

• The Float RN will go to units that are in staffing need.
• Accountable for the health status and for the health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
