Job summary

Vivie is seeking an RN Float to deliver skilled nursing care across home health and hospice settings in Minnesota. The role requires travel between Home Health locations as needed and offers the chance to impact patient care directly in patients' homes.

You will perform nursing interventions, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and support care planning while maintaining high standards of clinical practice. A current MN RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license is required.
• CPR certification preferred or obtained within 6 months.
• Ability to travel between Home Health locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Full- Time | 80 hours/pay period | Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $49.00 / hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As an RN Float, you'll deliver skilled, compassionate care where it matters most - directly in the homes of those we serve. You'll float across our Home Health & Hospice service areas, stepping in to ensure seamless support, expert clinical service, and consistent care when and where it's needed. This flexible, high-impact role is essential to maintaining the quality and continuity of our care across the Vivie footprint.

As a RN Float, You Will

• Deliver Compassionate Clinical Care - Provide skilled nursing interventions, rehabilitation support, and education for clients and their caregivers in alignment with care plans and best practices.
• Support Care Coordination - Monitor and communicate changes in client condition to the interdisciplinary team and physicians. Assist in planning, adjusting, and evaluating care strategies to meet individualized goals.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation - Maintain comprehensive clinical records in the EMR. Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs per regulatory guidelines.
• Adapt Across Regions - Float to Home Health & Hospice locations as needed, providing seamless coverage and exceptional care wherever you're needed most.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Serve as a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team. Build trust and support with families, caregivers, and Vivie colleagues to deliver the highest standard of home health services.

This Job Also Requires

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Current driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle.
• CPR certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Ability to travel between Home Health locations as needed.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology and EMR systems
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
