Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) in Natick, MA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to provide direct clinical patient care across multiple units, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services.

You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care using the nursing process, supervise staff, delegate tasks, support the Chief Nursing Officer, and uphold safety, infection control, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved nursing school and licensed or registered as required by law.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
