Alliance Nursing is seeking a Float RN or LPN to support three Adult Family Homes in the Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish areas of Washington. This role offers guaranteed hours, a low patient ratio, and a calm, family-friendly environment.

You will provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs, work across multiple locations, and participate in ongoing training with 24/7 clinical support. Requires WA LPN license and CPR/BLS; minimum 2 years nursing experience.

Schedule: Full-Time | Minimum 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Range:RN $49/hour

Float RN - Make an Impact in a Low-Stress, Home-Like Setting

Join Alliance Nursing as a Float RN or LPN and support our three Adult Family Homes while enjoying guaranteed hours, variety, and a calm, relationship-focused environment.

What You'll Get

• Guaranteed 36 hrs/week (three 12s)
• Consistent flexibility - pick your two days off; at least one weekend day may be needed
• Low ratios - maximum of 4 residents per nurse plus 24/7 aide assistance
• Full paid training - ventilator, trach, and ongoing clinical support
• Always supported - 24/7 clinical supervisors + a close-knit team
• Predictable schedules - weekly schedule released every Friday by 5 PM

What You Need to Get Started:
You'll need an active, unrestricted Washington State LPN license and a current CPR/BLS certification. This role also requires the flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.

Minimum requirement: 2 years of nursing experience
