Job summary

Alliance Nursing is seeking an LPN to provide dedicated 1:4 care for medically complex adults in an adult family home in Kirkland. Training for Trach and Vent will be tailored and provided, with ongoing clinical support and 24/7 resources.

A range of schedules including day, evening, weekend, and PRN options helps fit family and lifestyle. Licensed Practical Nurses with WA license and CPR certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN license (without restrictions).
• CPR Certification required.
• A passion for providing exceptional patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:4 patient care for medically complex adults in a home setting.
• Assist with and participate in Trach & Vent training as provided.
• Document care activities and communicate with the care team per policy.
• Support scheduling needs with flexible full-time, part-time, PRN options and shifts.

Compensation:

LPN: $37-40/hour base DOE, PLUS weekend and NOC shift differentials

• Weekend days: $38-41/hour DOE
• Weekday nights: $39-42/hour DOE
• Weekend nights: $42-45/hour DOE
