Alliance Nursing is hiring a Float LPN to support three Adult Family Homes in Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish, WA, with guaranteed hours and a calm, home-like setting.

What You'll Get

Provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs.
Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.
Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.
What You Need to Get Started:
You'll need an active, unrestricted Washington State LPN license and a current CPR/BLS certification. This role also requires the flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.
Minimum requirement: 2 years of nursing experience
