Job summary

The Greens at Cabarrus in Concord, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 2nd shift to provide direct patient care and support our skilled nursing team.

You’ll administer medications, assess residents, document meticulously, and collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership to maintain a safe, compassionate environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition.
• Report changes in resident status and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Supervise and support LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, resident-centered environment.
