Job summary

The Greens at Cabarrus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 2nd shift in Concord, NC. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Join a certified, 5-star skilled nursing facility with competitive pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team
