In this clinical leadership role you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, participate in hourly rounding, and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Arizona RN license with BLS and ACLS at time of hire
  • 2 years of acute care experience in ED/ICU (preferred)
  • BSN (preferred)
  • PALS (preferred)
  • CEN (preferred)
  • TNCC (preferred)

Job Summary

Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines and work practices.

Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.

Key duties include directing patient care, participation in hourly rounding, and supervision of healthcare team members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements
