Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Night Shift ER Registered Nurse (RN) in Henryetta, OK. This full-time position requires a valid Oklahoma RN license, ADN, and BLS with 14-day certification window.

The RN will deliver high-quality care in a 30-bed acute care setting, focusing on rapid assessment, treatment, and documentation while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Qualifications

• ADN required and licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification preferred or required per facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care in accordance with standards.
• Provide care appropriate to patients’ age and developmental needs.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Develop and modify the plan of care to deliver safe, effective patient care.

• Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women’s services, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

• Individuals within this job classification are accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.


• The Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.


• This individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.


• The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the patient care policies and procedures.


• He/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.


• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)


• Current licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing
