Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy to provide high-quality clinical care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This position is based in Worcester, MA, with hospital-based responsibilities and a focus on patient safety and efficient care delivery.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active nursing license, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, and will work under the supervision

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care tasks.
• Support Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-standard nursing practice.
• Coordinate patient care within the medical regimen and ensure discharge planning meets standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
• Fulfill hospital incident command system duties during emergencies.
